Confortable, propre, mais bruyante
Chambre propre et confortable. Notre chambre était proche des escaliers. Voisins bruyants et portes utilisées souvent dans la nuit. Demandez une chambre loin des escaliers. L'insonorisation pourrait être meilleure.

Im terribly sorry about the noise you encountered here. Being so close to Kings Island it is hard to keep the amusement out of the hotel at times! We do try our best however, please do give us another try in the future!

it was close to where we needed to be with easy on off freeway access. It's right next to Kings Island so, lots of kids on the weekend but, otherwise very quiet.

Property is in need of rehab. Everything was old and worn out. Smells a little funky and the breakfast wasn’t great. Many other options in the area, keep searching. We had no hot water in the shower, all the towels were extremely well past their lives, and the we found blood stained sheets and towels. We won’t be back to comfort suites

I appreciated the gentleman who checked us in. I had called earlier that day to make sure I was in a handicap room. At that time, I wasn't. However, by the time we got there, I was assigned a handicapped room. We had also requested connecting rooms. They were also able to accommodate us with that. That was the good part. When we got in the room, I was not able to roll my wheelchair between the bed and the dresser, I was also not able to roll between the beds. Luckily, I'm able to walk some and was able to get around where I needed. I feel, for a handicap room, there should be extra room for medical equipment that might need to be used. We also chose not to allow the kids to swim because of the appearance of the pool. The water in the pool looked green and cloudy. It was also very small. Finally, we killed 2 centipedes in our room. Yuck!!

My card was charged twice and I have been told it would take up to 5 business days for refund. The lady who answers the phone is very unprofessional and very rude. She hung up when I asked her who else I could speak with after telling me to ‘call the bank.” My bank doesn’t have a problem receiving a refund and has no transactions pending. When I tried to call back, she picked up the phone and once again hung up. I work in management and this is absolutely unacceptable customer service. Employees who behave like this give your hotel a bad name. The room was great and the night manager was much more friendly than the lady encountered today. Sadly, one bad encounter/attitude can ruin your entire experience. I would recommend additional customer service training for your staff.

The location was good for what we needed it for but it was terribly noisy at times and the bath mat towel literally had spots where there was no more thread in it. Staff was very kind but I don't think we would stay there again.

Overall, room was clean, but bathroom sink and tub were very slow draining, resulting in several inches of standing water. Bulbs in light fixture were dim. Staff not readily available, although it was slow so imagine the hotel had limited staff on duty.

Everytime I left my room the key cars would stop working. Huge inconvenience getting to the room and having to go back to the desk to have reset. The staff was very rude about it each time. I ensuresls it was not near a phone or other cards and it still happened. After being out with 2 small children exhausted, get to the door and having to walk back to the elevator, go down to the front desk each time, then receive rude service while children holding many items was very frustrating!

The room was very clean and nice. The pool area could use some work, although it was useable. The breakfast was not great, but decent to get the day going. Very convenient location to Kings Island. Overpriced in my opinion.

Convenient location to our family. Located right by Kings Island. The room was clean but towels are thread bare/had holes. No regular coffee, just decaf in our room. The smoke alarm started chirping at 4:00 am. so the polite but unsure night desk clerk moved us across the hall (the towels in that room were also thread bare). Towels have to be exchanged at the desk, housekeeping must be requested, and only once was somebody at the desk (we stayed 3 nights). The breakfast room is crowded with tables and chairs very close together. Food of low quality. Yes, it was cheap, but not worth it.

I can't understand why the only electrical outlet in bathroom is by the commode, it is difficult to use a curling iron when there is no safe way to let it heat up and the mirror is by the sink so you can't see what you are doing....poor planning...no plug near mirror in the room either...

There was a lot of weed being smoked in the rooms. Smell was so bad I had to wet a towel and use it to block gap at bottom of door. It’s not necessarily the hotels fault, but seems to be attracting low life clientele.

The staff are not very friendly and act like you are bothering them with questions. The pool is nasty. The breakfast is ok. The best part about this hotel is it's location. If you are not big on friendless and won't be using the pool but want a place close to King's Island with great food choices within walking distance this is your place.

Everything is average
The bed was comfortable, but the whole hotel looked old, shabby and outdated. There was hair on most of the shower walls and the cleanliness of the room was lacking. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was of average quality and was the same all four days I was there. Wouldn't stay there again.

Good location. Clean rooms. No noise issues. A popular destination/hotel. Plenty of places to eat - close by. Very nice places to eat and wander in the nearby towns. Parking for King's Island is expensive. If staying here - look at the cost of an Uber or, Lyft to get you to the park. With the King's Island being so close - why not spend that 30 bucks on a gift or, food instead of parking?

Clean but with issues
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, but there were issues with the room. The worst of which was the door would only lock intermittently. Not that big of a deal if you were in for the night and you were locking the deadbolt, but a security risk if you were leaving the room. The bathroom door was dragging on the floor. The air conditioner worked, but it took a long time to cool down. The hallway on the 3rd floor smelled very strongly of Indian food.
