Property renovated top to bottom with modern furnishings, decor, appliances and amenities. The light colored barstools in the kitchen area were beginning to show stains/wear from repeated cleaning. Hosts did a great job with board games, books and items to entertain our family with young children in tow. The steps into the home were a bit tricky to navigate with luggage and a toddler, but the entry areas were open and roomy. Beds were comfortable and clean. The high chair was quite small, but appeared to be brand new as did the travel crib. The kitchen pots and pans were nice quality and plenty of utensils. There aren't many spices/seasonings onsite. Our grandson was missing a yard and outdoor space to play; I thought the pictures online looked like there was a large shared side yard. Parking is available behind the home, the concrete pad (for two cars) and walkways were nicely done which kept the muddy mess away. The alley way is quite narrow so navigating a full-size rental car took some getting use to. There was street parking available right in front of the home. Access to freeways was extremely convenient. There were stores, restaurants and places to socialize within walking distance. There is a power substation across the street, and a cemetery at the south end of the block, so not having windows looking out the front of the home was a good thing. There were good views of downtown Cincinnati when we went for walks.
