„Nice, modern suite. Set up very differently from other standard hotels. I liked the little TV nook with a couch, although I wouldn't call it a suite since it couldn't be closed off from the bedroom. This is in the casino district surrounded by a bunch of other chain hotel. Convenient if you're interested in the casino, but otherwise the neighborhood didn't have much to offer.“

„I had a frustrating experience during my stay that came down to a basic service failure. My room included a pull-out sofa, but when I requested an extra comforter so it could actually be used as a bed, the staff refused. Their reasoning was that they “didn’t know” the hotel had pull-out sofas. That response was surprising and unprofessional. A pull-out sofa is clearly intended as a sleeping space, and providing appropriate bedding should be standard. Instead, I was left without a practical way ...

„The brrakfast was fine..basic. there is only 1 ice machine on the first floor. The pool is nice but getting old.. staff was great. Woukd be nice if they had a patio area“

Das HotelSpringHill Suites by Marriott, Washington, PA mit 3 Sternensollte unsere Unterkunft von 5 Tagen sein. Es war der volle Reinfall. Das Zimmer war auf dem ersten Blick wie auf den Bildern. Doch wenn man genau hinsah war es ein Albtraum. -das Inventar abgenutzt, beschädigt, kaputt, die Schubladen dreckig, -das Sofa verratzt und durchgelegen/ gesessen, -der Kühlschrank hat ...

„Gutes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück. Das Zimmer hatte einen Kühlschrank. Das Hotel liegt in einer ländlichen Gegend. Fenster aufmachen ist trotzdem nicht so gut, die Straße hört man dann sofort. Bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man nichts. Es gibt auch in der Nähe sehr viel Einkaufmöglichkeiten.“
