« This is an old property that has been allowed to deteriorate both inside & outside. Updates are needed inside the rooms related to decor, lighting, plumbing. Outside the building looks old and the landscaping is overgrown. »

« Room was adequate for a one night stay. Staff was very helpful about a maintenance issue and resolved it quickly. Room was musty and didn't smell fresh or all that pleasant, but everything appeared to be clean. Good shower pressure! Breakfast was very lackluster. Furnishings need to be updated. « What a beautiful, clean & quiet location. We were greeted with a smile at 11pm, checking out at 10am again with a great & helpful staff. Be careful this place is located next to the convention center, but it's less then a block walk over. Breakfast was delicious with generous portions & selections. Kudos to the mgt staff. We will be back again... »

« This hotel was terrible! We didn't even stay. We got to the room and found bedbugs that we could see crawling on the top of the bed! There was also stuff on the walls that looked disgusting and a dirty washcloth! STAY AWAY!! »

« You get what you pay for. This was the last hotel with rooms available. The hotel is going through renovations cheaply. This room may be done, but the quality is poor. The sheets are threadbare and the blankets and quiltings are old. Pillows were good. Towels were excellent. Amenities poor. We had to go home for a health emergency notified them Friday evening at check-in that we would be leaving at 7:00 am Saturday and not staying Saturday night. They refused to refund our payment for Saturday...
