« Property was adorable…just perfect for what we needed…place to stay after our concert! Cary was EXTREMELY good at communicating with us and made sure our stay was everything we wanted it to be. The place was clean, warm-n-welcoming, and exactly as shown in the pics! The view of the mountains was beautiful. It is located in a remote area, but we knew this, coming to the desert. « This apartment is comfortably set up with all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. The location was perfect for going either to Joshua Tree or Mt San Jacinto or Palm Springs. I loved the mid century modern decor, probably because it triggered nostalgia for my youthful days. Pool was nice for cooling off. »

« We felt both totally transported and absolutely at home in our lovely, low key desert getaway- perfect for those who want to escape to the desert in a quiet, secluded and characterful way. The outdoor pool area was so peaceful, The Getaway obviously attracts those of a similar, calm and respectful nature. Otherwise, everything was good, but at night, it became very hot in the bedroom, which has a wall AC/heater. every time either kicks off, it knocks, and woke me up all night long all 4 nights »
