Personnel très agréable et disponible. L hotel est bien situé au niveau de l eglise et l on peut aller à pied pour un bon marcheur à la colinne des apparitions et au mont de la croix. Seul point faible, la climatisation qui ne peut etre réglée individuellement.

The staff of Hotel Herceg are very warm and accommodating. We arrived so early but was able to checked in a little early. We only stayed a night and checked out early but they looked after our luggages until night time while we are still going around the area and waiting for our bus. Helped us calling and dealing good prices for local transportation going around. They go above and beyond to provide good service and comfort to their guests. The breakfast is superb…more than what we expected for the price we paid. Excellent choice…very close to bus station (3 mins walk), the DM supermarket is just next building to the hotel and there are other shops around. Very close to church and other attractions and restaurant. Mostly can be reached by walking. Thank you to all the staff.

The Carpets in the room were badly stained. The room was were hot, could not bring down the temperature below 25 Degrees. Was advised later that the temperature is centrally controlled. No Tea and Coffee facilities in the room. Godfrey

The trip to Medjugorje was amazing. The hotel was extremely accommodating and the food for breakfast was very good. We were able to use the pool at the resort associated with the hotel and the facilities were incredible. We would stay here again if we return to the area.

Misleading description.
I specifically booked the Herceg because it had a pool....not. The pictures of the pool are from a sister hotel 2km away. The hotel description also states there is a pool. The manager was not available to discuss, the receptionist taking the brunt of my displeasure at being mislead. She did her best in the situation, but I could not cancel the booking as I had passed the cutoff time. Breakfast was included but limited for a supposed 4 star hotel. Will not be staying there again.

Management and staff were excellent, very understanding and accommodating. Hotel was clean and well kept. Only issue I had was that the light over the sink in the bathroom would not come and no came to fix it even after I reported it twice. I also reported that the water in shower was draining fast enough again no one came to fix it. I would still recommend this hotel because the staff including the staff was just so lovely and overall the hotel the clean within walking distance to everything with supermarkets on all sides

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Clean, comfortable and close to St James church. About 10 minutes walk. Staff very welcoming. Thank you Everyone, you made our stay so special. I thought I was going to have difficulty in finding what to have for breakfast but each morning I was asked what I would like to have, since I am vegan I ordered what I could eat and it was brought to me with no problem. No soy milk available though. In general the breakfast selection doesn’t offer a huge variety but is sufficient. The hotel is very new and offers a sense of calm, room decor is proper to what Medjugorie is all about! I would recommend my friends to stay there and when we get back to Medjugorie I would not hesitate to stay back here again

Nyoppusset og smilende hotell
Nyoppusset og fint hotell med store åpne rom med gode senger. Hotellet ligger sentralt i Medugorje med kort vei til alle severdigheter. Vennlige ansatte møter alle med et smil, og de hjelper gjerne til med å ordne utflukter til de ulike toppene i nærområdet eller Mostar m.m. Meget god wi-fi-dekning og god frokostbuffet. Anbefales!

A great welcome to a great hotel
Excellent hotel. After a 4 hour bus journey and arriving late we wanted a cup of tea, a shower and bed. The night porter must have read our minds and brought us fruit teas and water to the room. It was so needed but he did this in a pleasant way, very appreciated. Great stay in a lovely hotel.

Unproblematische Bchung. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Nette Bar innen und aussen. Stilvolle Einrichtung. Unser Zimmer wurde vorgezogen gemacht und wir konnten sogar schon um 8:00 Uhr morgens ins Zimmer. Das Hotel war ruhig, wichtig für guten Schlaf. Beim Frühstück wurden wir sehr gut umsorgt und bekamen lokale Spezialitäten, wie Schinkenplatte, Käseplatte, etc. sogar "Ustipci". Wir waren angenehm überrascht. Das Zimmer war sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Kleinere Abstriche zB bei der Duschkopfeinstellung und dem nur lokalen Fehnsehprogramm trüben unser ingesamt positives Bild kaum. Zumal man den Preis berücksichtigen muss. Für uns ein sehr gutes Preis-Leitungsverhältnis. Wir würden wieder hier einchecken.

저한텐 최악이었던 호텔
저는 다른 곳에서 2박을 하구 좀 좋은 곳에서 하루 쉬자는 마음으로 비싼돈 주고 이곳에서 숙박을 했는데요 이곳의 직원들은 사무적이고 냉난방도 조절 가능하다면서 기계 사용 막아놓고 좀 더웠지만 샤워하고 나면 괜챦으니 그러려니 했습니다 하지만 밤에 화장실을 가면서 손가락 두개크기의 바퀴벌레를 보았고 리셉션에 찾아갔지만 영어가 통하는 직원은 없고 말 안통하는 경비아저씨한테 설명했더니 파리채 하나 주더군요 ㅜㅜ 그래서 잠 한숨도 못자고 로비에 피신해있었습니다 작은거면 잡았을건데 잘못 건드렸다 날아다닐것 같아서 ㅜㅜ 암튼 쉬러갔다 엄청 고생만 했는데 아침에 나온 직원은 이런일은 처음이라며 유감스럽다고만 하네요 ㅡ.ㅡ 조식 과일은 다 말라있고 정말 가격대비 최악입니다 그전 숙소는 주인이 빨래도 그냥해주고 항상 챙겨주고 방도 깨끗하고 좋았는데 괜히 숙소 욕심부렸나봅니다 아무튼 메주고리에에서의 마지막 날이 엉망이 되어 좀 그랬습니다 이 근처에 더 싼 가격의 좋은 곳 많으니 다른곳 가세요

Medugorji pilgrimage
The hotel is very new, large rooms, comfortable beds, large bathrooms. They serve an excellent breakfast, omlets, eggs, cheeses, cold cuts. The hotel is only about a 10 minute walk from the bus station. Staff speak excellent English, extremely friendly.

Handy location in good surroundings
We stayed in Hotel Herceg for two nights. It was very handy in relation to the bus station (we took public bus from Dubrovnik to Medugorje) and also to the main street and St James' Church. It was very a very clean, modern room/hotel, the beds were very firm but comfortable nonetheless. WiFi was good and it was nice and quiet. There were no tea/coffee making facilities and being Irish we do like a cup of tea morning/evening if we have come back to the hotel for an hour or so! That was just one down side but not a deal-breaker when everything else is good. Also there was no safe. We had breakfast included. There was a great selection of pastries, cereal, bacon/sauages, fruit, ham/cheese, bread and omlettes were offered also. We booked in Feb and stayed end of April so we got a very reasonable price so would stay here again for same cost.

The best hotel experience in Medjugorje
The staff at Hotel Herceg is very attentive and always willing to assist you in any way possible. It's conveniently located just a few meters from the bus station (if needed) and has sufficient parking lots available. There are also 2 small supermarkets for any quick needs just in front and besides the hotel. The church is just 7 mins away. (I paced myself) ... and the breakfast is plenty and the memory foam on the beds was well worth it after a day long tour!

Comodo hotel per un breve pellegrinaggio
Ottima posizione, nuovo moderno e pulito. Ci vorrebbe un pò di elasticità considerato il luogo un luogo di pellegrinaggio, l'hotel dovrebbe adeguarsi agli eventi (obbligo di lasciare la camera alle 12 anche il 2, e a Medjugorie ogni 2 del mese vi è l'apparizione alle 8.30 del mattino dove si riuniscono circa 5000 fedeli e non si fa in tempo a correre a liberare le stanze dalle quali si esce la mattina alle 4 per trovare posto). Colazione scarsa, non esiste il thè classico.
