In the Côtes de Bourg and Côtes de Blaye vineyards, discover this eco-gite for 6 people. Located in a former vat house in the heart of a restored 18th century farmhouse, this single-storey gîte has an enclosed garden with terrace. It comprises a lovely living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge, three bedrooms (2 doubles, 2 singles), two shower rooms (one private to a double bedroom, the other shared with the other two bedrooms), two WCs, one of which is separate with a washbasin, and a laundry room. For your relaxation, the owners' swimming pool is available from May to September (10.30am to 8pm), as well as a games area with petanque, badminton and table tennis. The landscaped grounds of the property are at your disposal.
A games room (with table football, children's books, games, big screen TV) is available during the summer holidays.
Central heating, bed linen and kitchen linen are provided. Deposit of €450
