« The door doesn’t seal well and let mosquitoes come in. The convertible couch was 90% springs, 10% mattress, extremely uncomfortable. There is nothing inside to room to put you luggage quickly accessible once the convertible is open, and no place to hang clothes. The room is quite old and will need some maintenance. Good point was the breakfast, and the proximity to the Broadway Street. »

« The place is clean and staff is very helpful to help us check in early for preparation for a wedding. We booked a one bedroom suite that sleeps 6. The only complaint we have is the one bathroom was inside the bedroom so it was hard to get privacy for the people using the bedroom. The other issue we had is the sofa bed is very uncomfortable, so the guest slept on it only weighs 105 lbs and she said she can feel the frame poking through the mattress and is very uncomfortable. »

« We stayed at this hotel for four nights. They do not automatically clean/refresh your room - you have to request service. The first morning, I requested fresh towels, and for our trash to be removed from the room. I could tell the lady staffing the front desk was very judgmental and disapproving about my request for clean towels, but she did provide them. The second morning, she actually told me that I should hang them up and re use them instead of requesting clean ones, but she did provide them...

« What a great experience from the moment we arrived to the time that we left, staff was welcoming and created such a great experience for our family. Loved the outdoor and indoor pools. The room was perfect and in room amenities too notch. Loved the body products that were put in the rooms as well! Kids enjoyed the arcade and scavenger hunt. We will be back! »

« when you are staying in "The Lodge" part of the resort, you need to drive / walk across they highway to get to the pool, beach, bars, and restaurant. or rent a golf cart from them. that is s bit much when the photos make it look like it's all on one property/side of the street. »

« Over all very good. The only thing that I can say is that maintenance needs to oil the door hinges and handles. Tried sneaking out to have a cigarette while my daughter was sleeping and the doors were very load. »
