« The Hiawassee Hideaway, above the garage, was lovely. Very clean, comfortable, light and airy. It had everything we needed for our stay and nice comfortable bed. The property around it is beautiful, the homeowners were welcoming and we got to meet their three cute dogs. It was a nice quiet spot with a secluded feel. It's also close to several restaurants & a grocery store in Hiawassee & a 20 min drive to Helen, Ga. If we get a chance to come back we would be happy to stay again. »

« Location was perfect, we were right in town could walk everywhere which was nice. Could sit out on are porch and see the river and it was easy to walk down to the river as well. Very clean comfortable place to stay. One concern.. On the porch looking out toward town there where wasp nest, we open the door and they attack us !! Luckily we didn’t get stung.. But two did get inside that we where able to kill. »
