« Spark is an easy, no frills place to stay for an overnight stay. Esmee at the front desk was sweet and helpful. The room was clean and fit our needs. My only complaint is "No Elevator". The first floor rooms were full so our only option was the second floor. It was very hot and lugging our cases up wasn't pleasant. »

« I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. When she finally arrived she was incredibly apologetic, however after a long drive we were anxious to get checked in. The breakfast included muffins and grapes and was less than what we had hoped for. »

« This is not a fancy-schmancy hotel but it was perfect for a birder on a budget and had everything I needed at half the price of the place up the street. Well, almost everything - a blow dryer would have made it perfect! The check-in dude was funny and helpful and there's an EV charging station just down the street so I'd definitely stay here again. But think about adding blow dryers. Even birders like to look their best! »

« We really enjoyed our stay, the room was very clean and the bed confortable. The only problem was the significant gap under the door that let insects through. We ended up having an earwig in the bath tub and I woke up with one on my arm. Other than that, it was clean and quiet. The staff was very nice. »

« I'm not sure how this place had such good ratings. I booked a room and did not realize it was a "smoking" room. Is that even a THING anymore? anyway I can NOT be in a smoking room due to health reasons. The motel was not fully booked. I asked to be moved. The girl said she cant move the room in the system for some reason. I decided to try the room. WOW that was terrible and I have no idea how anyone sleeps in there. I only opened the door a second.
