« The neighborhood and home were lovely. Check in had a minor hiccup that I think was just a communication issue between whoever takes the messages and the actual manager of the home. We found some mold on the coffee/keurig and we found two tapcon metal screws in the pool. There is a drain cover from the pool that was detached and sitting on the patio. Overall the home was great, plenty of amenities and linen/towels. Only other concern we noticed was that leaving the AC between 73-75 the home...

« Good sized property but could use a refresh of the property (some fresh paint and general TLC). Otherwise very nice and the management was responsive when the air conditioning stopped working. »

« This was a nice little home with good access to local businesses. Very well kept and bright. Neighborhood seemed ok. It was better where the house is actually located. Over all good experience and would recommend to any small family. Private pool was a big plus! »

« The property worked well for our family. Very clean and many amenities. We enjoyed the pool toys provided and extra beach towels since we spent several hours in the water. We had no need to contact the owner after arrival but appreciated the follow-up messages to make sure everything was as expected. »

« The place was nice, great space for my two teens and myself, and comfortable. The location was convenient to get everywhere we needed or wanted to go. The only thing I would change is having darker curtains or blinds to utilize in the master bedroom for people that are not morning people. I would definitely stay here again!! »

« Had an overall nice experience! The only thing to note is that this place is not centrally located. It’s 20 mins from Disney which is why I picked it, but about 40 Universal and about an hour from the airport. I would suggest renting a car, wish I had! »

« We stay in this townhouse for 10 days August 2023. The house is very nice and it's wonderful that it has 3 suites. The little backyard and pool was nice to refresh ourselves during this hot summer. Definetly a plus if you and your kids enjoy the outside. The big community pool was also right next to this unit as well as a playground. Big TV and comfortable seating area and clean…if I had to add a wish list it’d be a little bigger care package, two dishwasher and laundry soaps and a grill…and cooking spray because everything stuck to the pans ha..but there was plenty of pans/dishes to make what you wanted. I did contact management about the ice maker not working nor the wifi connecting to our phones but to my knowledge no one came to look at it…but thankfully...

« This was our first experience with VRBO and it was great. The host was super easy to work with and was quick to respond to any communication. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The pool was nice after long days at the parks. The only negative thing we found was every ceiling fan in the house was noisy but they did have lots of box fans so we just used those instead. We would book this home again when staying in Orlando. »
