No parties or events: Parties are strictly prohibited. Exterior Ring cameras monitor activity around the property. Failure to comply may result in a $500 fee.

Quiet hours: Excessive noise after 11 PM is not permitted. Noise alerts may be monitored, and repeated violations may result in a $250 fee.

No smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Advanced smoke detectors are installed inside the unit. Smoking, vaping, marijuana, or cigarettes inside the apartment may result in a $500 cleaning fee.

Lost items: A $200 replacement fee applies for lost access items, including 2 access fobs, 2 parking passes, 1 key, or 1 garage door opener.

Exterior cameras: Ring cameras are located outside the property for security and safety purposes.
