Worst VRBO experience ever! Traveling from out of town- 4 hours from check in- get a message that they must cancel our reservation due to a water main break. No offer for assistance and no other information. Asked how long the refund process would be and never heard back. 5 hours later I had to call VRBO to contact the host. Was told a refund would be issues immediately- but it wasn’t processed for 3 days- which is the only reason why I can leave this review. The host never cancelled the reservation. I do not believe there was a water main break. It was a busy holiday weekend with triple events going on in the area. I booked weeks ago. Other family staying in the same apartment building had no issues nor did they hear about a water main break. Do not trust this host!
