The apartment is a nice size but everything is pretty barebones and it wasn’t up to the standards of cleanliness that I was expecting. There were crumbs in the couch and we needed to use it as a bed for two of our kids, the shower corners had mildew built up, we weren’t provided enough towels for our family of six and they were not coffee filters left so we couldn’t make coffee in the morning. We also had issues with the key card in the evening and could not get in or out of the garage for a period of time. The owner was not very apologetic about the issues, going back and forth with me about the missing towels but eventually did get us the towels and coffee filters. When I book a VRBO I want it to feel like a home away from home and this did not.
