Good clean place, communication with owner sub par
When I arrived to location, didnât get any check in information at the appointed check in time. Received it 2 hours after the check in time. Owner couldnât be contacted and was never called back.
The property was as described in the listing. However, the water has a smell and the home needed a thorough cleaning, The shower curtain liner was moldy, there were dirty socks under the couch (found when looking for missing toys), the kitchen was missing a chair (only 3) and there were only 2 plates. There was also opened/expired food in the cupboards. It would have been nice if handtowels for the bathroom and dishtowels for the kitchen were provided.
Mr. Fronimo was very pleasant to work with. Overall, the units were nice. The bedrooms are very nice and accommodating. Only 2 items that caught attention. There is a heavy sulfur smell in the tap water. It may be the municipal water is supplied this way. The other is, the outside area behind the units. There is a patio area with 2 large picnic tables that could use attention.
I did not get any communication from the property until 50 minutes AFTER my scheduled check in. I called the property management number and got a message, I ran the Ring doorbell and then contacted Expedia, who escalated me me as a stranded traveler. I just drove 8 hours with my mother who just finished chemotherapy. We were tired and both on the verge of tears as we dealt with trying to get checked in for 50 minutes. I had 14 family members close behind me to check in as well. I got an email from the property management after 50 minutes with check in instructions ONLY. After I emailed them back with our ordeal, there response: "Apologies for the inconvenience, the automated messages should work, and for some reason I am still checking what happened to this." I replied I was not satisfied with this response and they said: "Apologies if this is not meeting your expectations, let me reach out to my team about this." No communication since then after 11 days. I have emailed them 2 more times. The property itself is good. Minor problems, no big deal. It was pretty clean, except one couch was COVERED in pet hair and they made no response to this complaint. We could not use the couch all weekend. Pros, towels, beds, iron and ironing board provided, accommodations are good. Need, slip resistant mat in showers, very slippery and dangerous with no handles. Need sponges for washing dishes. Only the trash bag in bathroom and kitchen was provided, no extras. Nothing special provided.
The overall stay was really nice because I was able to visit with family I hadnât seen for quite some time. Both sides were actually needed. The place is nicely decorated. The driveway entrance was probably the only complaint I had. Thank you for the opportunity to visit with my family in one place.

The property worked well for what we needed. It would have been nice if the units were connected with an interior door but I understand why they were not. It would also have been nice to have a bigger space for meeting and eating. Overall our experience was positive.
