« Really lovely apartment and in a convenient location for getting to where we need to be. Although there are instructions about parking, it's pay & display and you can only stay in one place for 3 hours at a time, so it's worth looking up somewhere separate to leave your car (we had done this in advance so wasn't a problem for us).
We had a problem staying connected to the wi-fi, my husband works in IT so was able to fix this, but probably needs looking into further by the owners. Also the...

« Du Clifton Hotel je n'ai finalement connu que la réception puisqu'à mon arrivée, les réceptionnistes m'ont informé que suite à un problÚme avec des chambres, j'avais été déplacé sur un autre hÎtel proche, le Berkeley Square Hotel, qui est d'un niveau supérieur.
Le Clifton Hotel m'a semblé plutÎt joli, l'accueil a été sympathique et le service bon pour ce que j'en ai connu : la réception m'a commandé un taxi puis c'était fini.
A noter : l'hÎtel est situé sur une colline qui grimpe bien, si l'on...

« The staff at the hotel and its restaurants was amazing. Very proactive and helpful, but discrete. The hotel room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The turn-down service every evening was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend if you need some r&r and want a location close to the Cotswold for day trips. »

« Spotlessly clean, fabulous hosts and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Reading past reviews I was shocked at mentions of the floors being cold. It's an 18th century cellar for goodness sake!!! Stone floors are part of the charm. It is cosy and warm at this time of year (and I imagine lovely and cool in the summer).I would definitely stay again for its location, its cleanliness and its hosts. Can't fault it except for the mattress, which is a bit "argos" and could do with a good...
