« Friendly staff »

« Food choices were great, special dishes of lucknow like galoti kabak and sharifa ki kheer were available. chef is very knowledgeable in ayurvedic dishes. Huge garden and property, enjoyed evening walks. »

« Great feeling with the renovation and upgrades. I am pleasantly surprised. Food was really great. It felt nice returning to Lucknow and stay at the Clarks because of our past shared history with the town. Clarks was then the only star feeling in a small town steeped in its own culture, time and moods. »

« Clean room, good staff, »

What else? »

« The cleanliness was good. The only slight letdown was the food and breakfast, which was just average and could use some improvement. Despite the food, I had a very comfortable stay and would recommend it, especially for the prime location and quality of the property »

« The best hotel of our trip! People really nice and always smiling! Thanks for having us »

« Staff was very helpful. The condition of the room was poor. Uncomfortable bed no landline phone, tv wasn’t working. Even the bucket in the bathroom was leaking. »

« Value for money. Buffet breakfast was good and many choices. »
