"My second stay in a waterfront hotel in Cebu, and I must admit that both stays were very disappointing. The hotels are rundown and dark. The carpeting is old and dirty and the rooms look like they were made for a Martin Scorsese film set depicting a rundown casino hotel. The icing on the cake is the lack of trust the management imposes on their employees. From the call to remind me to check out well before checkout time to the double checking of our minibar consumption, the lack of trust in the clients is disturbing. Despite the friendly staff smiles, I will be avoiding the waterfront establishments in the future."
