« No available breakfast facilities. Restaurant was full of lethargic American tourists who were supposed to have cleared so other guests could eat. Room aircon did not have ability to cool room. TV remote and interaction with the TV could be politely described as cumbersome. »

« The place was very popular with locals so parking was a bit awkward, we arrived after 6pm and there wasn’t much room to park. Maybe one criticism would be there isn’t reserve parking for staying guests and after travelling 140 odd miles and to be faced with hunting a parking space was as I said a little awkward. But that shouldn’t take away from what was a nice place to visit great food and a generous breakfast, clean room comfy bed. »

« Check in and breakfast were good. The area is close to great pubs and restaurants and the metro. Unfortunately in the year since we last stayed here, the hotel looks a little rough inside. Carpet looks beat up. There are dings and scuffs all over the walls inside hotel rooms. We had a great time otherwise. »

« Beautiful hotel rooms are well kept and in excellent condition. The food in the bowes incline is the best around I could have stayed at a relatives house but wanted to eat and have a drink here - delicious! »
