« Endroit tout recommandé pour demeurer à St -IVes. C’est très bien emménagé et tout fleuris à l’extérieur. Ils sont fiers de leur château. »

« Les deux chambres que nous avons louées avaient vue sur un toit pour l'une et sur un mur pour l'autre. L'une sentait très mauvais (retour d'égout) et le couloir pour y accéder était encombré par les sacs de lingerie. Etablissement très bruyant. Rien à voir avec les photos et la description sur le site. Il faut sortir de l'établissement pour voir le port et la mer. Parking pas forcément assuré premier arrivé premier servi. »

« Lovely guesthouse very close to Penzance ´s train station. The room was small, but you'll find everything you need. Very good breakfast and Rob & Belinda have kept my luggage until the end of the afternoon :) »

« This hotel has seen better days but I think it is currently under refurbishment. Nonetheless it is clean, well maintained. Rooms are big and I was granted a sea view room even if I booked a regular first priced room. The breakfast is average but I likes it. The staff is nice and helpful. I like the charm of the 70s-80s Grand Hotels, if you do too I would highly recommend the St Ives Bay »

« Hotel is right on the waterfront with a big car park across the street for easy parking. Hotel is reasonably modern and well looked after. Walking distance to everything. We had an accessible (wheelchair) room and the open wetroom bathroom that has many dirty-wheeled wheelchairs rolling over it needs to be cleaned much more regularly. »
