Didn't meet expectations
Communication before and during our stay was challenging and slow to respond with the information requested. We were sent two different access codes for entry and had some trouble getting in. We paid for the heated pool and hot tub which only worked the first of 3 nights and was never resolved. And the one day it did work, the temperature was not quite hot enough. My request for a refund has not gotten a response. The hot water in the home was also insufficient. It only took one person's 5minute shower to deplete the supply, not great for the other 4 guests that had to take cold showers. It seemed to get worse / colder with each passing day. Some of the surfaces - counter and tabletops were not very clean and the was trash left from the last guests.
