« The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff was good at the check in desk. I didn't book the spa service during the stay. The parking fees is too high for paying guest. »

« Upon arriving after calling three hours ahead of time to ensure we could do an early check-in was told it is fine when we arrive we were told there are no available rooms. The lady at the front desk was rude. I then asked about me calling from earlier and they put us in a room, but it was not clean at all, and there was damage in it. The wall had a hole in it and the shower would not drain. There was mildew, hair and soap scum as well. There was an older man in the lobby who was very nice. »
