« This is a lovely property and there were only minor issues with cleanliness such as dead bugs and spider webs throughout the rental which leads me to believe it is not thoroughly cleaned regularly. My major concern was that the listing stated that the owners who live in the house above stay at one of their other properties when the downstairs apartment is booked. Not only were the owners onsite and present throughout our stay, they were using the amenities such as the pool and they also invited...

« Stayed for a concert at beaver stadium. House had plenty of space and was super close to the stadium. »

« We stayed in this property while my daughter had a soccer tournament nearby. It was 15min from the field, 15min from downtown and 15min from UNCG where she will be attending next year. Perfect amount of space to stretch out in the common area. Small patio with firepit where we enjoyed the sun. We will def be staying here again. Thank you! »

« The house was roomy and clean. Well stocked for everything we needed. Enough room for all 7 of us, plus enough space to host a family of 10 dinner. »

« Communication with host was easy from the start. Questions answered and timely responses. The cottage was just on the edge of Boalsburg which was wonderful and a safe location. The house had everything needed for our family and pet. The backyard was large but shared and our pup did not do well with the chicken coop. Overall the stay was nice and we so much appreciated having all the amenities of home. »

Great communication with the owner as we had a little trouble with figuring out WiFi and the tv. Lower level definitely chilly but my husband loved it. House was clean and in a great location. »
