Cute little apartment and very quiet except for some traffic noise. Very clean and comfortable. The only issue I have is there should be more seating. A chair in the living room would be nice. Location is good, close to everything.

Good things come in small packages
My stay at Coco Sanda Studio could y have gone any better. From the minute I booked the Host texted me with all the information necessary to access and park. Accessing the studio was very easy. The location was great and the studio was very clean and well equipped. The only concern I had was that the door is a little off it the way it sits in its fram and it allows some light in. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. I would recommend.

The propis in a great location for the beach, walking distance. I didn't like that it was so far from any stores. But overall very nice and quaint. The window blids were broken, i called the host to advise, they got someone out right away.

A great place for this price. Convinent check in. Everything available if you like cooking. Enjoy barbecuing as well. Lots of tv channel and movies. Close to beach and town centre.

I booked this property due to the 9.4 rating. The price was low, but it doubled when the fees were added. We booked anyway and ugh, we got snookered. The sheets were NOT CLEAN!! They were covered in black dog hair and human hair, and there was some sort of stain/spot on them. Pillows were old and gross. We ended up putting towels down to sleep on. Couch is covered in dog hair too. The shampoo/soap dispenser was empty, and there were bottles of same in the shower that looked like someone left them from last time. The entire room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, and the spare towels and sheets in the closet smelled the same. Road noise was horrible to one side, and other occupant noise was bad on the other. The electronic door lock kept making reset noises through the night. Neither my wife nor I got much sleep at all, which killed the next day’s running race. Check out you’re expected to take the garbage out and strip the bed/shower on your own. Why am I paying a cleaning fee then? I contacted the property owner and they did offer to move us to an empty unit, but it was late and it would have been an undertaking, so we declined. We expected to hear from them today, but they never reached back out. For a 9.4 rated property, this place missed the mark. Once again, be wary of Hotels.com ratings.

We loved that she left us the to do activities. We did go to the veteran museum helicopter ride wizard of oz museum and we r riding the boat tour Thursday the property was easy to find everything about the apartment was very cozy and we regret not staying there for the whole 10 days we were there will definitely return the next visit. Wish we could live there!!

Such a great location for these nice ,quaint apartments .Literally a football field away from the ocean and within a couple of minutes from great eateries . Fine dining at Heidi's highly recommended and the Pig and Whistle .Breakfast at 4ths .Fun fun . Only gripe I have is the extremely early check out time of 10 AM. It takes away from enjoying the last day and having the chance to clean up once more before departing .Noon or even 1 would be great .Would come again .

We loved the stay here. It was our first time staying at a beach house studio. The beach was walking distance, the inside had beautiful beach theme, the cleanliness was spot on with the ac unit and shower, just the whole house which was a big plus (this was super important to us). Was able to store our food fine in the fridge and cook with no problem. Felt very cozy and relaxing. The only thing we will say was the parking was a bit of a hassle with the narrow side but it was functional. We just cared more about the inside of the house and it was great. Will look forward to another future stay there. Thank you Jean!

Overall, a nice stay
Overall, the property was nice. It was a little challenging getting out of the property because you need to backup onto Orlando Ave which at times was very busy. The room itself was comfortable but the bathroom was small and there was no place to put your toiletries. Also, the bathroom could use an exhaust fan. Really surprised it didn't have one. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Nice Florida vacation
Couples trip-nice room a block off the beach in a semi-residential area. Room was clean with adequate parking. A little difficult to find due to location. No commercial stores or restaurants within a mile so a car is necessary. Very laid back vibe. Nearby beach great, no crowds.

So cute!!!!!! We did not want to leave the comforts of it to go back home. It was so centrally located and a close walk to the beach. We will reserve this place again when we return to Cocoa Beach!

Wow Not for nothing we did try to move you, you did not want to move and you didn’t want the plumber there until you checked out, we tried, and our furniture was purchased last year at Indian River furniture, very nice furniture store, as for the kitchen table it is a studio apartment it does have bar stools you can sit and eat, and you could have asked we do have a table in the Laundry room you could’ve used and if you called and asked I would’ve told you

Great beach experience.
We loved the decor and all the amenities. The sheets and pillows were comfortable.Thank you for all the beach items in the shed!!! We were thrilled with the location: a brief walk across a street with beach access. The parking was good, shower pressure was awesome, shampoo/body soap dispenser was very nice. Probably time to replace the mattress/bed frame. We would definitely return!!

Everything you need for a beach vacation.
It was an amazing stay. The studio had everything needed to cook full meals. Bathroom was stocked. Extra towels and beach towels in unit. It also had a laundry available and a shed with beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and carts. Literally everything you can need for a great day at the beach. Beach is a 2 minute walk. All in all awesome- we will be planning a trip back soon.

this place was so cute. It made excellent use of the small space and was decorated very tastefully. Everything we needed was there including beach towels, chairs, boogie boards etc. Great deal... would highly recommend.
