Perfect Family Beach House - 1 bloc de l'océan

Idéalement situé à seulement pùtés de maisons du centre-ville de Cocoa Beach et Surf Shop de la célÚbre Ron Jon, 40 minutes de Orlando et de toutes les attractions de Disney et à 20 minutes du Centre spatial Kennedy, cette adorable maison de plage est l'endroit parfait pour se détendre aprÚs une journée de plaisir au soleil. Cette propriété a récemment été professionnellement rénové et décoré avec de beaux planchers de tuiles, comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, etc.

Cette maison dispose de trois chambres et deux salles de bain complÚtes. La premiÚre chambre a un lit queen et sa propre salle de bain privée avec douche extra large. La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen et la troisiÚme a jumeaux-sur-pleins lits superposés pour les enfants. Les draps sont fournis. Il suffit d'apporter vos propres serviettes de plage.

Le canapĂ© en coupe dans le salon offre de nombreux siĂšges ainsi que la tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble avec haut-parleurs de son surround et un lecteur CD / DVD. Il ya une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e de manger dans la complĂšte avec machine Ă  cafĂ©, grille-pain, plats, casseroles / poĂȘles, etc.

La cour arriÚre dispose d'une piscine privée, salle à manger et gril à gaz. Il ya aussi une douche extérieure - parfait pour rincer le sable de la plage seulement un pùté de maisons. Cette propriété dispose également d'une laveuse / sécheuse et un garage pour stocker tout votre matériel de plage. Wagon plage avec 4 chaises de plage, jouets de plage, et la radio portable est disponible pour votre usage.

The house is clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable, but quite small with some maintenance issues (like a broken shower door handle and limited outlets in the master bedroom). The bathrooms are tight and the washer/dryer are outdated.More importantly, key rules were only shared after booking, including strict limits on guests (max 6), cars (2), and noise—along with a no-music and no-pool-party policy. We were surprised by no pool or beach towels, and felt the restrictions made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay, especially as a family.These important details should be clearly listed upfront in the Vrbo description to avoid surprises. The house may suit quieter guests, but it’s not ideal for lively family vacations.

Relaxing family vacation!!

My family enjoyed this property so much!! We were within a short walking distance of the beach and the property had beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach wagon to transport everything. The best part was the pool area. We grilled out some evenings and also enjoyed swimming in the pool. This property had everything we needed and wanted. It was very clean and we had no issues or complaints. We will definitely be back again!!

Much Needed Relaxation Post Disney Trip!

We stayed at this home back in 2019 with my parents. We loved it then & still love it now! Our family has already booked for another trip in a few months. So close to the beach and the private pool is chef’s kiss! I reached out to the owners about not being able to find wash cloths and they went out of their way to ship us some during our visit. Now that we’re back home, the post-vacation blues have set in. Thank you, Leach family, for sharing your home!

Winter getaway

Enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the house. Everything was as stated. Any questions with the house were answered in a timely manner and Sam did a wonderful job at getting a crew out fast (within a half hour) to fix a plumbing issue. We enjoyed our stay and would come back!Also, some have stated about the road being busy/speeding and no police around. We did notice police cars driving by, sitting watching traffic down a side street, and even someone getting pulled over down the road from the house. Hopefully this will help with the issue.

Slow Down

We had a wonderful vacation. Stayed for 15 days. Had no problem at all with the house. The place was clean. organized, pool was great, everything needed for having a good time. My only concern was the traffic going by the house. Speed limit was posted at 35 mph, but many drove by at 50-55 mph. I did not see one single police officer stop anyone for speeding. We would definitely stay there again, just wish the traffic would slow down.

Great vacation house!

Great little house. Located just a block from the beach. Easy short walk to the beach. Great location for nearby restaurants and shops. It met all of our expectations. The backyard pool was nice to have! On a busier road but didnt bother us too much. Would definitely stay here again!

Another great vacation

The third time

Another Year of Wonderful Memories

This is the third consecutive year at the Leach Beach House. Every year we look forward to continuing making new memories at our new tradition of visiting Cocoa Beach, referring to it as our home away from home. Having the privacy to make ourselves at home, enjoying the many amenities, and the beauty of the backyard oasis with the various palms and coconuts, and spending hours in the private pool always exceeds our expectations. A couple of things....

Finding the property was pretty easy, but it was on a busy street with a 45 MPH speed limit. When leaving the property it was tricky backing out into 45 MPH traffic with no other way to turn around. The lock box on the garage door that contained the keys to the house was VERY difficult to get open. A kind neighbor was watching for our arrival and came across the street to help. The French doors going out to the pool were also very difficult to get opened some times. A little lubrication (or replacement) would go a long way on these two items. Some electrical switches for lights were found to be in unexpected places. Other than these items our visit was very nice.

Awesome Vacation Home

Our family had a great stay here. Everything was very clean, the house had everything you would need, from plenty of towels to a fully stocked kitchen to beach gear. The beach is only a short walk, and since the home is in more of a residential area the beach was not crowded, in fact the first day we went we had it to ourselves. The pool was great as well, and it was nice to come back from the beach and jump in the pool. Communication was quick, check in and out was a breeze. I can't say enough good things about this home. One of my teenagers even told me this was our best vacation ever.
