Sadly we had terrible weather for our trip but the lovely and thoughtfully updated decor and aesthetic were so appreciated as we spent most of our time indoors. Great easy access to the beach.

The Host was very responsive and kept in constant contact to ensure our stay was perfect. The condo and the property are a little dated, but very comfortable. You can't beat the 50yrd walk to the beach and pier. Our family had a great time and would definately consider staying there again.

Jason was one of the best hosts I've ever had. He was exceptional in terms of communicating in a timely, thorough and helpful manner and shared helpful details, tips and ideas that helped to make for a terrific stay.The unit was perfectly clean and well equipped and overlooks a large, lovely pool and is literally steps from the beach which features a nice boardwalk and nearby pier. The closet was filled with chairs and beach toys which were enjoyed by all. I highly recommend staying at Pier Pressure and enjoying all that Cocoa Beach has to offer. A !

This was the perfect place for our family of 6 to stay before our cruise! It is in a great location. The beach and pool were right down the stairs from the condo. The walk to the beach is easy with a nice walkway. There’s also showers to rinse off. It was easy to get around the town by foot and it’s close to a lot of restaurants and shops. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed watching dolphins and ships go by. You can see Cape Canaveral from the beach and the pier is right there. Jason let us know about an app to use to see if anything was being launched (sadly the one kept getting delayed so we didn’t see any). The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. The pool is much bigger than we thought! The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the snacks and coffee supplies. Everything inside and out was very clean. Jason was a great host and communicated very well. The only con we can think of is the fan in the main bathroom is loud and maybe another small couch in the living room, that’s really it and they weren’t big deals. Thanks for an amazing start to our vacation!

Great little beach condo!

Will book again. Location was perfect, and place was quiet. Weird pool rules and pool times was a bummer. Place could use a bit of updating, but it was a perfect stay in a little beach condo and was the highlight of our trip.

We had a nice stay at Pier pressure. Large, heated pool which our toddler loved! We were even able to swim on an unexpectedly cool day! Host who genuinely cares about your group having a good experience with lots of communication!

Great Weekend Getaway!

Really great condo, my wife and my enjoyed a long weekend here. Jason is a great host, with great communication. This is a quiet area but right outside of the busier tourist area so great location close to everything. The beach was quiet too, but it is Florida in September so mostly Floridians this time of year that can brave the heat. Will definitely stay again!

Nice place.

Nice place but could use some updating. Upstairs bathroom was in need of repair. The shower/tub definitely could use some work and updated. There is a place for a dishwasher but is just a false cover where the dishwasher is suppose to be. Decor is nice and beds were comfortable. TV took some getting use to, but eventually figured it out. Overall rating is 3.5 out of 5.

Grad trip

This was a trip to celebrate my daughter's college graduation. She was looking for some relaxing down time since she'd had a very hectic last semester, and this was perfect. Everything was absolutely perfect. The condo was clean, well stocked, and comfy. The owners have literally thought of everything. The pool was sparkling and the beach was beautiful. We could not have had a better time. We will definitely be booking this again in the future!

Great Location

The property was clean and a great location. Close to beach and shopping. Pros: location, property owners very responsive and cleanliness. Cons: pool didn’t open until 9 am and was promptly locked by 7:30 pm. Excessive pool rules. Felt very unwelcome by the permanent residents that lived there and were not renters. The property is 5 star but the unfriendly residents made it a 4 star.

Awesome location, steps from the beach and a short walk to the pier. KSC a short drive away. Good sized bedrooms. Our kids enjoyed the bunk bed and made good use of the beach toys! We will be back and stay longer next time.

Good experience!

We had a nice stay at Pier Pressure for 3 nights. The location is right off the beach and close to the pier and views of the ocean from the balcony. Jason was extremely communicative and available for any questions and issues. The only recommendation would be for new improved cutlery as we cooked one night for dinner and the knives weren’t effective, but that’s just a small issue. Overall - we enjoyed our stay. Some recommendations for other families - eat at Long Doggers and La Catrina! Cocoa Beach was like a throw back experience - reminded me of my childhood vacationing in Myrtle Beach a bit. Nothing fancy here, but still a good time!

Great place and location!

Pier pressure was clean, modern, very accommodating for much needed R&R after 5 days at Disney. The pool is lovely and very close to the condo (right down the steps!), same with the beach just beyond the pool. Can see the ocean from both sides of the condo (master and other bedroom). Kitchen small but to be expected given the age of the building, the rest of the interior including showers, flooring etc all updated and very nice. My son loved the surf boards on the wall and the bunk beds! The exterior building is under much needed renovation but it didn’t affect our stay at all, Jason kept in touch about the status of their work and disclosed all potential work in case it changed anything for our stay. We saw a night rocket launch right from the balcony coming up over the roofline, very close, could have seen it better from the beach but at 1:30am our balcony was perfect! Short walk to the cocoa beach pier. Amazing place and location if looking for pool option ON the beach and close restaurants to walk to (by road or beach)!. All beach supplies provided too!
