The MÖÖN House is a one-of-a-kind design from ÖÖD House, the award-winning studio behind some of the most recognizable small-footprint architecture in the world. This is the first Moon House available to the public anywhere — not a replica, not a second run. There's one, and it's here at Cameron Ranch Glamping in Coldsping.

GLASS WALLS. TOTAL PRIVACY.

The walls are windows. Morning light comes in low across the treeline, and after dark the glass falls away and you're left with the sky. The site is fully fenced, so the privacy is real and there are curtains throughout for whenever you want them closed.

INSIDE

- Queen bed dressed in luxury linens

- Private full bath inside the unit

- Towels, linens, and bath essentials included at no extra charge

- Full HVAC, so it's comfortable in August and in January

- Kitchenette: mini fridge, two-burner electric stovetop, microwave, coffee maker with coffee, pots and pans, plates, glasses, flatware, and a Brita pitcher

- Board games and everything you need for a slow night in

OUTSIDE

- Two-person electric sauna — private, yours the entire stay. Turn the dial and it heats itself; no fire to build, no wood to tend.

- Wood fired plunge pool that doubles as a hot tub — cold plunge or hot soak, your call.

- Covered deck — usable in the rain, which in East Texas matters

- Gas Grill with 1 propane tank is on us

- Wood fire pit, six logs of firewood included, with more available for purchase

BRINGING A GROUP

The Moon House sits right next door to the Ranch House, which sleeps up to 10. Book both and you have room for 12 across the two — a retreat, a family weekend, a milestone birthday, with everyone together and one couple still getting the glass house to themselves.

The Ranch House is a separate listing and is not automatically included when you book the Moon House. Booking here reserves the Moon House only but does close the Ranch House from anyone being able to book so you will have full privacy. If you want both, email help@cameronranchglamping.com and we'll lock the dates together.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

Six logs of firewood, propane for the grill and pizza oven, towels and luxury linens, bath essentials, coffee, and board games.

WHAT WE DON'T PROVIDE

Charcoal and groceries. You're welcome to bring your own firewood if you'd rather not buy more from us.

GOOD TO KNOW

- Rates from $499/night, higher on weekends

- Minimum stay: 2 nights on weekends, 1 night weekdays

- Check-in 4:00 PM / Check-out 11:00 AM — late check-out is not available

- Early check-in: $39 for 2 hours, subject to availability

- Sleeps 2

- Pets: up to 2 dogs, $49 per pet per stay

- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

- ID verification required

- $250 refundable damage deposit, released after checkout once the unit is inspected

PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is charged automatically 14 days before check-in.

Cancellations:

- More than 30 days before check-in — we refund 90% of your deposit

- 30 to 14 days before check-in — the deposit is non-refundable

- Less than 14 days before check-in — no refund; the balance has already been charged

Rescheduling:

- 14 or more days before check-in — reschedule once, free of charge

- Less than 14 days before check-in — dates are locked, no rescheduling

We know that's firm. With a single one-of-a-kind unit, a late cancellation is a night we can't fill, so we hold the line and apply it the same way for everyone. If something serious comes up, email help@cameronranchglamping.com and we'll talk.

HOUSE RULES

- Maximum 2 guests. No unregistered visitors.

- Up to 2 dogs. Please keep them off the furniture and pick up any waste. ($500 Fine for waste not picked up or damage to furniture)

- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

- No smoking or vaping inside the unit.

- No candles or open flame inside.

- Fire pit must be fully extinguished before bed.

- Please don't move furniture or fixtures inside the unit.
