Hotels nahe Elefantenrüsselberg (Guilin)

„Centrally located. Four floors total. We got a nice view of the water facing the lake. Staff was extremely helpful and they go out of their way to help. Tip: get WeChat App and add the hotel contact and communicate with the language of your choice (ours: English). Breakfast was good but they don’t know how to make omelets which was disappointing! All in all great experience. Hotel manager: ask your chef to learn to make omelets.“

„Hotel is clean, staff is freindly. I like it very much. Thank you.“

„Exceptional service! The reception team was wonderful—always kind, attentive and happy to help. Even after checkout, they carefully arranged delivery of a toiletry bag we had left behind. The breakfast was very good, too. Their warmth and thoughtful care made our family’s stay truly special. Highly recommended!“

„La pulizia e la cortesia dello staff alberghiero“

„Sauberes Zimmer “

„Stayed at the hotel for a bit more than a week. Looks very nice aesthetically. Very nice and flexible cleaning staff...that's where the good parts end honestly. Checking in was difficult, the people at the front couldn't find my reservation and were skeptical that I actually booked rooms. There were bugs and mosquitoes in my room, and I always woke up with bug bites. While checking out, the front desk said I was good to go. Half an hour later, I am bombarded with calls about some bills that I ...

„Very pleasant stay. “

„Hotel was nice to stay but their organisation is terrible. They didn't have our reservation booking so they gave us a room on the spot. They also didn't give us room service. Highly don't recommend their suggested tours. The tour was rushed, unclear and tour guide was super rude and unprofessional towards foreigners. Will never return back!“

„The building was neglected. The bathroom was very dirty. The staff hardly spoke, they just frowned.“

„Despite having completed the reservation and payment, I was not allowed to enter the hotel due to being a foreigner. I have not yet received a refund.“
