„The in-room safe needed battery replacement - was done in due time. The toilet got jammed later in the evening - no one to help, someone just deposited the needed tool in front if the door an the called by phone that we did not react on nocking at the door - and the respective person now left the site… a bit annoying to say at least… All ice machines not functional - receptionist told someone is takin care - the „it us fuxed now, go and get ice…“ - guess what: it was still out of order.“

„Clean facilities and very good and friendly staff. The price was very reasonable and I would reccomend staying there. Be careful outside as there are lots of transient people but there is underground parking so peace of mind. Talked to an RCMP officer outside and just warned us about the weekend be aware and careful if outside in that downtown area. Overall a great comfortable stay.“

„Room was very well equipped and clean. I stayed for six nights on business and found it's location in the city center to be very convenient. There are a few restaurants immediately surrounding the hotel, and a big grocery store around the corner. The room was very large and I appreciated having access to coffee/tea not only in my room, but also downstairs. Staff was very nice.“
