« We were visiting our son in the military for the weekend and wanted a small break away. The space was decorated very well and everything was clean and in working order. The fist night was great as we did not have neighbors in the adjoining space. Night 2 was a different story. With the thinner walls and a loud barking dog, we could not get much sleep. The owners took care of notifying the other tenants, but we decided that we did not want to take the risk of another night with the barking dog....

« Our month long stay here was perfect in every way. The unit is totally updated, immaculate and fully stocked in so many ways. Cynthia and Dave were wonderful hosts and very responsive. The Palmer Lake area is really nice with many convienences close by. The view from the deck is spectacular and unmatched! The almost daily visits from the neighborhood deer were fun and amazing. This place is a piece of heaven and we plan to return. »

« Only good things to say!!!! The space was enormous and immaculate. Dressed all in white it felt pristine. One bedroom had a king and a "full" fold down futon. The second bedroom had a bunk and a full bed and the livingroom sofa that could sleep 4/5 people. If you have a LARGE crew, this is the place for you...lots of sleeping space. There were lovely upscale touches, like Calvin Klien Towels, Starbucks coffee mugs, the cutest "ball" mason jars for glasses, lovely wine glasses and a gorgeous...

« The location was great. Easy to get to all Pikes Peak/Colorado Springs sites. This is a downstairs suite of a house with a separate deck and entrance. The stone steps along the side of the house will be tricky if wet or snowy. Check in and communication with host was good. »

« We needed a place with a great yard for our dogs and this fit the bill. The views of Pikes Peak and garden of the gods are amazing! The house was clean; however many of the dishes were dirty and toaster oven hadn’t been cleaned out. This is a hazard of having guests do their own dishes upon departure that we’ve noticed in other rentals as well. We’re accustomed to washing everything we use before using it so no big deal to us. We would stay again, the owner is very responsive to any request. »
