Located above the garage, the apartment has its own entrance, coded self check-in, and no shared walls with the other vacation rental on the property. Stairs are required to reach the apartment.

Explore local cafés, Colorado College, Patty Jewett Golf Course, and downtown, then return to a comfortable place to recharge. Pikes Retreat works well for couples’ getaways, college visits, work trips, and longer stays.

PARKING & ACCESS
Free street parking is available. The driveway is reserved for the lower unit. The entrance to your apartment is behind the house, and stairs are required.

PLEASE NOTE
There are two separate vacation rentals on the property. This reservation includes only the upstairs apartment and access to the shared outdoor spaces. No smoking indoors; smoking is permitted outside. No parties, and please respect quiet hours after 11:00 PM.
