5-Zi. Gruppenhaus beim Olympic Center / Whirlpool, 2 Küchen

This is a five bedroom home set up for groups who need real space and their own doors. Two kings, three queens, and a living-room sofa bed sleep twelve, split across the main and lower levels, so work crews, multiple families, or a few generations can share the house without stacking on top of each other. It sits directly across from the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Training Center, with downtown Colorado Springs about seven minutes away and Garden of the Gods a short drive past that.

At a glance:

What guests come back to most: there is room for the whole group, the hot tub is checked and serviced every week, and we answer fast with real local recommendations. One honest thing we tell everyone up front: this is a comfortable, spotless older home priced for groups, not a designer or luxury stay. Booked for the space and set up right for it, it does exactly what a big group needs. Honest notes: the home is on multiple levels with interior stairs, water can run hot with modest pressure in spots, and early check-in before 4 PM is a paid add-on when we can offer it.
