« We had to change rooms as the air conditioning wasn't working; in the next room, it took a long time to get it working… there was a lot of noise at night because of the trains under the window… breakfast lacked quality products: no fruit juice, no yogurt, no cookies… just a small amount of cornflakes… »

« Fine for the most part. The bed was way too hard for our taste so we didn’t get much sleep. I found out the next day that if we would have shown our room key card at Texas Roadhouse we would have gotten 20% off. That should have been mentioned at check-in. That cost us $27. »

« The made a nonrefundable CHARGE (not deposit) for the second room key, despite there were two adults staying in the room. Outrageous. The staff were all polite and I noted that they were following an unconscionable policy that would mean that I would not return unless notified that this policy had been amended. Further, the cleaning chemicals used had a unpleasing odor. There was no doubt it was clean, but the smell was overwhelming. The breakfast was good, the pool looked clean, the staff...

« The room booked through expedia was not available. We were downgraded to the old rooms without compasation. When I realized it I insisted but no more rooms like ours were available. What's more, the rooms are dirty and noisy. »
