Hôtel près de École Centenary College of Louisiana, Shreveport, Shreveport

« With the pool was open, that ruined my trip »

« We had to change rooms as the air conditioning wasn't working; in the next room, it took a long time to get it working… there was a lot of noise at night because of the trains under the window… breakfast lacked quality products: no fruit juice, no yogurt, no cookies… just a small amount of cornflakes… »

« The hotel did disappoint. There was no hot water and no internet! Additionally, the room was quite dark and dingy, with only two lamps in the room, neither of which were bright. We had trouble looking through suitcases in the almost dark room! The hotel outside and lobby are so nice I couldn't believe that the room was so below expectations. Would not recommend. Staff were very friendly though. Food choices at night were limited and overpriced. »

« Tout était parfait »

« The place was kinda dingy. My door moved Everytime some closed their door. It wasn't terrible, but I wouldn't stay there a second time. »

« Close to the highway and away from downtown. »

« Très belle chambre, très spacieuse . Personnel très serviable. Casino et restaurant au rez de chaussée. Je recommande »

« had a walk in shower designed for wheel chair access. I don't need one but I will constructively say, and reported that the slope on the outside was slick & should be more of a matted finish. Other than that my stay was excellent. Everything was just as it should be. The employees were polite, professional and efficient. I travel several times a month & intend to stay at Marriott Hamilton hotels as a minimum standard. »

« Great hotel »

« It's a clean room, not quite show. It's the breakfast. The people at the front desk were awesome. Everything was enjoyable, quiet & very relaxing, »
