The music is so loud in the lobby you could hear it in our room and the person at the desk can't turn it down. So 10/10 don't recommend staying here if you need to sleep.

My go to hotel for Hilliard travel
My travel was delayed so I arrived in the morning instead of the initial night. I had called before so they were aware and my room was ready. The check in was quick. They were flexible regarding pool access for the next morning allowing me the opportunity to work out before heading out.

My room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The only thing that I think could use some improvement is the fitness center. It could be larger and have some free weights or machine.

Hampton Inn's are very nice places to stay. The first night of my stay was excellent. The second night of my stay it was party central in the hallway until midnight. I don't hold that against Hampton Inn but it certainly put a damper on this particular trip.

It was difficult checking in (under the name Kellie Brock) due to computer problems and was only offered snacks as compensation. The refrigerator in room 219 did not open as it was too big for the cabinet it was in and we had items that required refrigeration. We told the front desk and they told us maintenance would be up the next morning. They never came. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

We came early (2:30) and they said they couldn't check us in until 3, which was fine. Unfortunately, they couldn't get us in until 5:30~, so we spent three hours sitting in the waiting room waiting. The next morning we had breakfast and sat the plate on the bedside table, where it was quickly swarmed by ants. There was water damage on the corner and we thought they were getting in somehow through it, as we could follow the trail to that wall. We were exhausted after flight delays and still had a concert so we stayed but I don't think we would do it again. The staff was very nice, but the experience was frustrating and a little gross.

Good value and close to everything
Hotel was very clean, room could have been a bit cleaner, mold in the tub, mismatched light bulbs in the room. The parking lot lots need to be readjusted, on the fourth floor, the shine right in to the room, thankfully there were blackout curtains so I could sleep, but as soon as it gets dark out they shine right in the room-402. Overall very happy with the stay.
