I got this hotel as a romantic trip for me and my husband. This was the worst trip. I went 2/20-2/23, Sheraton in Columbus Ohio. The first night we froze all night with no heat. My husband turned the thermostat up and it didn't work. The refrigerator door was coming off the hinges and the metal part of the sliding door was coming off. They sent someone up but they couldn't fix it. So they said we would have to wait until people check out before we can get another room. So we couldn't go anywhere until after 4pm. The next room and a smell of pee and the smoke detector wes coming off laying on the sliding door. We got back to eat dinner at 10pm and start smelling something burnt.It was so intense that i had a migraine headache. We couldn't eat our dinner. Someone finally came up to fix the smoke detector after we asked earlier that afternoon and start to smell it to. He tried to fix it and he couldn't fix it. We had to move to a third room by that time we didn't have long to stay and my head was hurting the remainder of our stay because of that intense smell. A weekend of romance turned to a weekend of hell. We were dismissed until the maintenence man said something. I would not recommend this hotel.
