The location was great and within walking distance to arena district and short north. Beautiful plants, calming decor and what appears to be original hardwood floors which i found lovely. The home did smell of marijuana strongly , but to be fair this could have came from the connecting townhome, just heads up to let neighbors know if that’s-the case. There were a couple what appeared to be pubic hairs on bedding and a knob was noticed missing from stove ( 2nd from right). My main issue was my paying for waiver deposit on VRBO site with property and speaking with host company multiple times, sent host company copy of waiver contract multiple times .Staff stated they will check ,staff then during second call stated it was fine and they will send door code after 12 noon. I received additional message from host stating they could not send door code till I pay their waiver through a link they send,so I called again and staff said they spoke with VRBO and they will refund my damage waiver paid for on their site because there shouldn’t be an option since the host has different damage waiver and VRBO will call me. So I was sent a link for the host damage waiver and pay an additional damage waiver fee. Host then sends door code.I called VRBO to follow up today and they are addressing issue.
