Bathrooms:
2 full bathrooms, 1 upstairs + 1 downstairs.
The upstairs bathroom is equipped with a makeup vanity, lighted mirror. We have mirrors in all bedrooms and several full-body mirrors throughout the house.

Kitchen & Dining:
Full kitchen with dishwasher, stocked for cooking and gathering. Dining space for the whole group to sit down together.

Arcade & Game Loft:
A dedicated game loft stocked with a classic arcade cabinet, loaded with Mrs. Pac-Man, Galaga, Rally-X, Dig Dug, and more — plus board games for kids and adults. A built-in hangout spot for rainy days or after everyone's back from the day's events.

Outdoor Space:
Private courtyard with a fire pit, string lights, and a misting fan to keep cool in summer — perfect for evening conversation after a day of sightseeing, games, or celebrating. Marshmallow roasting sticks provided!

Tech & Connectivity:
Fast Wi-Fi throughout and smart TVs for streaming your own accounts.

Pet-Friendly:
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome — $100 pet fee. A large, soft-kennel, bowls, and waste bags are provided to make traveling with your pup easier.


Self check-in/out via smart lock code on the door. You'll have the whole property to yourself — but I'm just a message away if you need anything.

This is a 100+ year old home — original character comes with a few quirks, including some uneven flooring.

Located on a quiet residential street with neighbors year-round; quiet hours are observed 10pm–7am.

Our 2 original 1924 fireplaces inside the home are beautiful historic features — but are sealed and decorative only. Please do not attempt to use them.
