Nice little B&B
This was a small room, but worked for our family. It had 2 twin beds and a double bed. The beds were quite hard and not comfortable, but that has been consistent in our UK trip. We were street side which was noisy. Had to keep the windows open to help with the heat in the room with 4 people, so the noise was impactful. Full english breakfast was good and served quickly. Great staff.

The room is a big size . The beds are a personnel preference . As for the noise you were on the 2nd floor and in the country side .

Hi I liked that the staff was friendly. The bed/room was comfortable. Bit worried about parking on the street but no other options so I understand. I got what I paid for. Cleanliness was good.

Excellent welcome and service. Breakfast was extremely good. Just a couple of little things I found might be better. Maybe darker curtains to keep out early morning light. We found the smell of the fabric conditioner on the bedding slightly overwhelming, but otherwise no complaints. Would definitely stay again.

Well situated hotel close to beach & restaurants
We had a family room for an overnight stay, the hotel was perfect for whst we needed Clean & comfortable Great breakfast the next day & the owner was a lovely person telling us stuff about the local area, the beach was very close & restaurants within walking distance We would stay again 👌

Great place to stay when in Colwyn Bay, lovely big room with ensuite. Clean fresh bedding and towels. A good hearty breakfast , coffee could have been better though . Overall good value for money 👍

Great stay overall would recommend
Stayed over the weekend with a few friends got two twin rooms they were both spacious with an en suite shower and toilet. Very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great very tasty and very quick.

The property itself is very clean and the bed is like a Marriott bed, so comfortable. Have a little issue finding the place due to my poor internet connection and we just follow what google direct us. Check- in is fast, friendly and approachable. Room coffee and tea amenities is excellent much better to other chain lodge, completely refilled. Breakfast is great for a family run business and personalised service. The owners were welcoming and friendly. Towels were clean, curtains and corners of the room. We want two have have two nights but upon booking they are completely booked. It was a satisfying and relaxing after a long day of excursion and exploring Wales. Thank you and will definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a good location close to the beach, Bfast was really good, disliked day visits (cleaning) into the room as if checking on guests . The carpet in room had bit of stain. Was not able to choose my payment method apparemtly they charge 2 days prior to visit without letting you know and its not stated on website. Bit pricy for what it was but thats to be expected now .

the daily visits are to change your towels wash your cups and do the beds . if your,'re that paranoid you could have requested no cleaning . we have not put our prices up like some hotel,s which are charging £600.00
