« The rooms were clean and so quaint, very roomy, nice hot showers, and the fireplace/heater worked great! The staff were each do delightful & friendly. « The hotel is new, very clean, complimentary cofee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby with marshmallows for kids 😁 Movie room in the lobby for kids. The room is very nice, big enough for our party of 5, with kitchen just like at home (dishwasher, refrigerator…) Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. They charge $20 for the parking per night. We will come back »

« I booked Kathy’s Cottage based on its high rating, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. Check-in was extremely difficult, which was already stressful—especially since I booked this for my dad. Once inside, the heater and fireplace were not working. I contacted the provided number, and instead of sending help, they instructed my dad to light the pilot himself. He was not comfortable doing that, and I made that clear. They said they would contact maintenance, but no one ever...

« First off, this property is in transition from an old hotel to an updated one. We saw painting in progress. The lobby has a great vintage vibe as was the design of the microwave and fridge in our room. Our overall experience was not great though. Our room shared a wall with another and we heard them and their t v into the early morning hours. The shower was clean but took TEN minutes to get hot.
