« I stayed 4 nights in the Executive Suite. Once in the suit I noticed the bathroom had not been cleaned, & there were hairs and cut fingernail by the sink as well as liquid soap grime and hairs on the bathtub. Both tables in the living area were dirty & rubbish had not been taken out. Addressing this with the manager Craig, who was rude, telling me the cleaning staff had gone home & would not be back until tomorrow. « The plumping needs fixing. The shower squeals and has very little pressure, the hot tap in kitchen needs a new washer. The pillow situation is strange, they are two in one and super thick, and no spares for us side sleepers! The single bed is completely bowed in the middle. The kitchen was great but I still wouldn’t stay again. »

« Efficient and seamless check-in. Room was situated next to neighbouring day care center which was noisy and loud. We had to keep our sliding door shut to reduce noise and couldn't enjoy outdoor seating due to loud noise from machinery in the nearby rooms. Carpark is conveniently situated next to rooms. Everything was clean and spotless. »

« Lovely accommodation. Clean quiet and well maintained. I will recommend this property and stay again. It is a shame I hadn’t rebooked here on a return to Toowoomba a week later as this accommodation exceed where other competitor’s accommodation fell terribly short. Well done Laguna apartments. »
