« C’est la première fois que nous réservons avec vous et nous ne sommes pas satisfaits . Pas de l’établissement qui a répondu à notre attente mais à l’offre que vous nous avez proposé à savoir une chambre pour 3 adultes . En effet, nous avons dû payer un supplément de 25 dollars par rapport au prix indiqué dans votre offre car la chambre que vous nous avez proposé n’était possible que pour 2 personnes !!! C’est regrettable pour une première expérience avec votre organisme !!! »

« Its a beautiful place, we stayed in the hotel room, she was nice and put an exra bed for us as i booked on wotsapp and she had to put an exra bed in anyway it was nice and clean, kids loved the pool and rooms are exra quiet. Microwave didn't work and there was no cooking facilities in the room, which i was disappointed in as we had a family and didn't want to eat out every night. Over all very nice. »

« We loved our time here. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and our Spa unit was perfect with the indoor and outdoor seating options. »

« We loved our stay at King Reef Resort. The reception ladies were amazing! Our booking has some where had a technical issue and changed rooms. They accommodated us immediately. We loved the beach front cabin its a cabin at the beach perfectly poaitioned and the shower was hot and excellent pressure. We loved the people, the food was absolutely amazing (i had to let the staff know so much was left because I was so full and was not indicative of the quality) fresh seafood in the pastas and...

« Appartement grand et fonctionnel, un bon point de chute entre Mission Beach et Townsville. Parking privé, check in autonome, parfait. »

« Bugs in the sink. Old. Run down. Not at all like the photos. Smelly. Didn’t feel safe staying there. Mold on the shower curtain. Breakfast wasn’t offered until 10:20am. Didn’t feel comfortable to accept the food/drinks. Don’t stay the duration of the booking it was that bad. »

« Good sized clean room and comfy bed, though had trouble with the airconditionere leaking water when cooling temperature set to 23 degrees. I would stay there again »
