„There was a lot of messages to read and i found the automated "virtual" check in and check out a bit clunky and unintuitive. I had to phone recepgion for help with both processes. I prechecked in and wojld have benefitted from a confirmation stating my key would be waiting. Coffee machine but no coffee. Post the WiFi and password more prominently“

„Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Everything worked smoothly, the room was comfortable, and the overall experience was very positive. The only small point to mention is that the rooms can be quite a long walk from the reception and breakfast area. We happened to have one of the furthest rooms, which was a little inconvenient at times, especially with family/luggage. Other than that, everything met our expectations, and we had an enjoyable stay. We would happily stay here again.“

„Tolles, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer freundlich eingerichtet.“

„Besondere Atmosphäre“

„Great pool, lovely rooms and food was excellent!“

„From the moment I checked in to the castle to the day we left I had nothing but positive interactions with the hotel staff. The Castle was clean and impeccably maintained, the staff were helpful, polite and easy to talk to. Our group took advantage of the Skeet shooting range and had a great time with our shooting Instructor who had a great personality and full of knowledge and experience. Will be back again!!!“
