Love this hotel. I have stayed here twice now. The bar and restaurant have amazing food. The staff are nice and friendly. Spa is lovely. Walking distance to Conwy. Would deffo stay again.

Great place but lacking in some food areas.
comfortable nights sleep, great location, downside the food quality. on arrival asked to book a breakfast slot, how am i supposed to enjoy a relaxing weekend away if i have to stick to a time schedule? especially when we did arrive on allotted time there were at least 40 covers still available during my breakfast. Also dinner in the bar was disappointing, dish served not as described and a burnt burger was served to me. Full English breakfast was great but Continental breakfast choice?, fruit salad, yogurt with bread & poorly cooked mini danish.

My wife and I booked The Quay for a quiet couple of days with our small dog. We had a lovely stay, and were happy we'd made a great choice of hotel. The room was clean and spacious and the staff friendly. Breakfast was very tasty. The cooked option was great and the porridge very thick and creamy. The homemade granola was also a favourite. Unfortunately the Spa was closed for refurbishment over our stay but it didn't detract from our stay.

Just beautiful
Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean and luxurious. Worth upgrading to river/ castle view room.
