HIIts quite stupid when a customer leave a review without even staying with us,She made a booking but never stayed with us because she could not find the motel which is shocking and now she send these stupid reviews. Sounds like Terrible the only word she knows.Thanks but no Thanks we disregard these sort of reviews.

Thanks very much fir your review, we glad you had a comfortable stay with us so far.Plates and cutlery is always available at reception, we used to put them in the room before, but slowly it’s starting disappearing then we stopped it. Now we tell to our customers pls call us if you need anything and we bring it your room. We only phone calls away to help.Thanks

Hi Thanks for your review. I think you gave this bad review because of those noisey customers, which is understandable but that something which is not under our control. I responded promptly when I got a phone call from you around 11am. Our rooms are clean and good, However the property is bit old as any other motel in town. But thanks for it. Management

HI Thanks for your review. your room was immediately cancelled when MANAGER find the problem and made the refund back to you.you stayed with us on that night in different room, the room was offered by your Friend because they only need three rooms and they booked 4 rooms. And you basically stayed a night with us for free and the manager did not make any arguments with you and refunded you the money back and you were rude and speaking full of your mouth in front of other guests which was a manner less thing. Your problem was sorted out without any arguments. But again sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks

hi prices are high when there is event or on special occassion.when you stayed here there was car racing thats why price was high .we have put a sign at reception and room if you need anything please come to reception . if you need anything during your stay please call us we will bring to you .sorry for inconvenience caused thank you for staying with us.

hi there it was not staff which was noisy it was the guests who were noisy. i appologise for inconvenience caused
