Das Hotel liegt ideal in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs Napoli Centrale, perfekt für Ausflüge und den Flughafen-Transfer, aber trotzdem ruhig genug zum Entspannen. Das Zimmer war modern, super sauber und sehr komfortabel, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – vom Check-in bis zum Check-out war jeder stets aufmerksam und professionell. Das ganze Hotel wirkt frisch, gut organisiert und liebevoll gepflegt. Preis-Leistung ist top und wir hätten uns nichts Besseres wünschen können. "Simple, reasonably priced accommodation which seems to have known a better past. Check-in possible until midnight. Very friendly personnel. Some things maybe need a makeover, but for me it was okay. For some, the environs of the central station may seem scary but in fact I never felt unsafe and nobody ever approached me."

"Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit, Nachfragen (Geburtstagskuchen, zusätzliche Decke etc) wurden umgehend erledigt, auch der Wechsel in ein ruhiges Zimmer wurde ermöglicht. Die Lage ist ideal für Besichtigungen. Das Hotel ist sehr kinderfreundlich, es gibt eine extra Mappe, einen gutschein für die Bar und ein Cap mit Shirt. Unserem Sohn hat es auch sehr gut gefallen."
