„Very cool place to stay. Very few minor issues, communication was great. Any real issue we had was not reflective on the property, if you ever drove in Jamaica roads are a little bit rough and the one going up to the property is a little rough but not impossible by any means. The view is amazing the place is clean and the AC in the bedroom works amazing. We had an issue with the gas for the stove, but that might have been more of a user issue than anything else. Everything else worked out fine.“

„I was unable to use the accommodation because there was no one there to welcome me and they didn't answer the phone; consequently, I couldn't get in and had to look for somewhere else to stay.“

„I stayed at Topaz Dream Guesthouse in Montego Bay during Sumfest 2025, and it was such a beautiful and unforgettable experience. The space is cozy, artistic, and full of character, but what truly makes it special is Cherri, the host.Cherri is warm, wise, and simply amazing. She carries the spirit of Jamaica in her heart and has the most incredible stories of life, love, triumph, and resilience. Connecting with her was the true highlight of my trip—our conversations left me feeling inspired and ...

„Kadean is the best!.. very helpful everyday of my stay..“

„When we got to the security gate, they informed us that we were supposed to check in the next day. (Even though we presented the booking dates to them. We were told this wasn’t the first time this has happened). This was very stressful as we traveled a good distance to stay here. After some time, the caretaker was able to come and do a quick clean of the place from a previous guest. The living room and bedrooms were pretty comfortable and had a lot of space for storing your things ...

„It was like paradise for me! Geneva did a great job, her food was brilliant and the time with her family and to live in the middle of nature was....pricless! Highly recommended and have to come back! Onle love Geneva! Frank“

„If you want to live in the jamaican mountain-paradise, you’re more than right with Geneva’s and Sean’s „Good Hope Retreat“. After two weeks of holdidays we definitely knew we found a golden nugget up there and we actually didn’t want to leave. You live in a quiet cottage, so quiet that you can listen carefully to every sound of the jungle, at the same time you have a beautiful view at the ocean and are breathing the fresh mountain air. The hosts are very lovely and always help you out or give ...

„T his was absolutely amazing home“

„We had an amazing stay in the mountains of Jamaica! The food was excellent, and we loved watching the sunset every evening. Terry was wonderful company — he even picked us up in Negril to bring us to the beautiful cabins in the woods. A truly magnificent stay!“

„The place was as described, clean, and comfortable. The check-in was smooth and the host was communicative. I would definitely stay there again.“

„We fully enjoyed our stay. On arrival we had a few issues mainly because we arrived early and had some missed communication with Nadia. She promptly helped us resolve a few minor issues and the rest of our stay was literally a breeze, as in wonderful sea breezes! The accommodations were just as described, it felt safe and comfortable.“
