Port A Summer Stay

Property was cute comfortable space. We enjoyed the games provided and the location of the rental from the pool and the beach. Kitchen had all the key appliances for our stay along with extras. I would recommend this place to others.

Perfect location

We have stayed here several times for our annual girls trip. The property is perfectly located, and the condo is very comfortable. The first floor unit is, however, very noisy if there are inconsiderate guests above. We'll try to get the second floor unit next year! Overall fantastic place to stay.

Relaxing spot with easy access to the beach!

We had a great time! Everything was clean and ready for us to stay. We enjoyed having coffee on the patio after walking to the beach to watch the sunrise. The kids relaxed watching Netflix in the living room while the adults took a quick nap! It was such fun family time with no issues!

Nice unit close to beach

This is a nice, clean unit that is well-maintained and pretty much on the beach. It's just a short walk across the dunes to get to the water. The unit has plenty of room for multiple guests, and it's a lot nicer than other units we've rented in Port A proper. We definitely enjoyed our stay, and we will be back.

Clean, Cute and Close to the Beach

This place was exactly as advertised. Very clean, updated and perfect for a family of 6 (2 adults & young 4 kids). When it’s just us, we spend most of our days at the beach, so we just need a place to crash that’s close to the beach. This is the perfect place to do that. For us, staying on the ground floor is key, so I don’t have to haul all the beach stuff upstairs, also, the concrete walkway to the beach was clutch. Much better than the wooden decks/walkways. Tv & Internet were perfect for the kids in the evening. The complex was quiet and accommodating. The kids loved the pool, playground and the staff were great. Tammy and her crew were helpful and polite. We’ve been going to Port A for some time now and have bounced around, staying at different places every time. But I think we’ve found our go to now. 10 out of 10, will definitely be staying there again.

Kick Back and Relax

Well maintained property close to restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. Pictures give a true representation of the condo which nicely served our one week stay. You can tell that management and owners take pride in this facility. Would return in a heartbeat.

It was beautiful. Very easy to find and check in. The patio was nice to set on. You can hear the beach. But we couldn’t see any water. The inside is just like the pictures.

Amazing condo in Port A

2nd year in a row staying in Building H. So cute, super clean, floor plan open and roomy - simply perfect for a group of 6. Tammy and the staff are very friendly and work hard to keep the property very well maintained. Will continue to plan our annual beach trip here!

Good location nice pool house was fine

Good not great but some of my not great has to do with their cleaning service bailing the day we checked in which left the property manager scrambling. Really good on her to get it done herself but condo was not ready upon check in time - still in process of mopping, doing laundry etc at 4, again not their fault but would recommend getting a new cleaning crew. Other than that stay was fine condo was adequate pool was well kept.

Great Get-Away!

Cleaning staff needs to pay a little more detail, but all in all, loved the place! Comfortable, easy access, enjoyable. There was no parking when we got there (neighboring condo had taken up all spots), but I messaged the manager on the VRBO app, and she got back to me immediately with a solution - at 9:15 pm! Very impressed!

59th Anniversary get away

Rented 3 condos in Building H. Master rooms having its own bathroom in the upstairs condo faced the parking lot instead of the ocean front. The parking spaces for building H were unmarked, therefore 2 of 4 parking spaces were not available because other people parked their cars and never moved them,, we should have been provided with 3 designated parking spaces. The problem is that people rent golf carts to run around, so they park their cars at other parking spaces, and park their rented golf cart in their numbered parking spaces, management were not enforcing the policy rules. Building H is newest addition and parking is cramp because the maintenance building is located adjacent. Tammy Birk was very nice and very helpful, however the two cars parked infront of building H belonged to other guests in the adjacent building (not the house keepers), this cause a great inconvenience in unloading and loading our vehicles. Again the two vehicles never moved until Sunday afternoon, they belonged to customers who had rented golf carts and they were using their parking space for the golf carts. We had rented for Fri thru Monday noon. Had to leave Sunday afternoon due to constant Ember Phone alerts of pending hurricane approaching and the beach being evacuvated on Sunday.

Great stay.

We had a fantastic time at this property. The beach is just over the sand dune. We had an issue with the washing machine which was promptly fixed. This was a great stay and my family would gladly return.

Great quick get away nice place

Condo was new. Construction. Location is great, close to beach, close to shopping/food. Parking was adequate. There was a pool that looked very well maintained, small playground for kids. Would definitely stay again.
