Gut: Sauberkeit
The condo size and layout was great. It was nicely decorated. The king bed was a little too saggy. Lightbulbs were burned out in the master bathroom and living room, plus the night light and surface light on the microwave were burned out. The microwave and stovetop were a little dirty with bits of food particles; we cleaned them. The very loose doorknob on the balcony door was almost ready to fall off but my husband fixed it. One of the two deadbolts on the exterior door did not lock on the inside. The bathroom master bath tub was extremely slippery, so we had to use a towel to stand on so we wouldn't fall. There were shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers in the both bathrooms but most were empty and one had falled off. It looked like some black mold or mildew was in one corner of the bath/shower side corner. The outdoor washing station listed as an amenity no longer works and has no hose or faucet, or place to turn it on. The closest gate lock to the pool is broken and blocked offl, but the gate around back of the pool was kept unlocked all the time, as well as the door to the exercise room, which was fine unless someone comes with little children, who might get hurt. The TV channels were okay, but didn't have the cable Fox news channel (but did have the digital Fox news channel), so none of the news evening shows. There are a total of about 20 steps to get to this second floor condo, so they might want to mention that in the listing, for older folks.
