Location has beach views, close to beach access. Golf cart is a huge plus. We enjoyed the hot tub. Beds were comfy and the furnishings were stylish and functional. Would definately stay again.

Great house for big group!

This house is so awesome. Our whole family loved it. Everyone had their own bathroom. Living area is so spacious on 2nd floor. Definitely would stay here again!

Beautiful Home!

Home is gorgeous and maintained beautifully. I would have left five stars but we were not told the golf cart would not be available until we arrived, called to inquire about it missing and got a call back saying we would not have it due to it in the repair shop. It was too late to rent one bc the weekend was so busy. The actual home is worth it if you don’t mind walking but we had my 73 yr old mother and it was hard. The grounds are beautiful and the pools are spacious and clean. It has everything you will need on the home!

We loved our time in the beautiful home. Plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with room for all to eat. A great time was had by all.

Great multi family house near the beach

This house was awesome for Multiple families with 3 king bed on suite baths and 2 big bunk rooms on the bottom floor, sleeps 14 people! The tiny pool on the bottom patio area was a fun spot to cool off and enjoy in the evenings. Huge house with lots of room for all our family to gather, cook and enjoy being at the beach. I would stay here again!

Beautiful Beach House

Our group of three families loved our stay at Casita Navidad. The house is beautiful and laid out well. The pool/hot tub was fun for everyone, the kitchen was easy for 3 moms to work in, and the beds were heavenly. The Palmilla amenities were wonderful, too! We all want to stay here again on our next trip to Port A!

Beach getaway

Every year, we embark on a group trip with our closest friends to port a. This year, we finally discovered the perfect house! It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and ideally located near the beach. The guest service staff were fantastic, responding promptly to all our questions. We were all thrilled with this year’s accommodation and would definitely love to stay here again in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

The Perfect Fall Visit

We have been booking our stays at Palmilla for years and Casita Navidad was amazing. Tons of room for our 2 families with nice separation of space to make everyone comfortable. We had one cooler day during our visit and the hot tub come into play big time. Great furnishings, parking and access to the beach and pool. We'll definitely stay here again

Check in was horrible but house was wonderful

I booked the house, recieved text and email cinfirmation of booking. I also recieved email to upload ID, which I completed. When I messaged for check in information I was told my reservation was canceled. No communication. After multiple calls we were able to rebook. House was amazing when we arrived

Group family vacation

We had an excellent trip with a group of family friends. The pictures do not do it justice on how large and spread out the rooms are. We all had our own space with our rooms but were able to gather together in the gathering spaces. They have double refrigerator and dishwasher which was very convenient for a large group. We loved how close both pools were + walking distance to the beach and having the private pool in the backyard. The place was immaculate when we arrived and we will for sure be coming back.

Very nice home

Really nice home. A couple suggestions though. Grill needs to be cleaned – it was disgusting. The kitchen is lacking basic necessities – baking pans, casserole dishes for large groups, hot pads, a griddle for pancakes. Just some basics. Other than that the property was really nice in an excellent location. Lots of construction going on so hopefully next year will be a little quieter.

Classic bait and switch

We arrived to the house in the pictures and the listing is Ocean view. The pictures are old and there are houses built all around so there is no view. We had construction workers arriving at 7am every day including Easter. It was a disaster. The management team offered us a 10% discount for their deception. The house next door leases for half of ours because they are honest with the listing and do not have a view. We also had no hot water for the first day.

Loved Sunshine Overtime

Just returned from a weekend trip to Port Aransas. Sunshine Overtime was by far the best beach rental I have ever stayed at! The house was above and beyond what we were expecting. We traveled with 5 couples and everyone couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the house was. We’re already planning a trip back. On the first level there were two bedrooms, each with a full size bed and bunk beds, a living area, foosball table. The utility room had a full size refrigerator and washer and dryer. We also had our own plunge pool for evenings after the beach. The second level was huge with high ceilings. The kitchen had everything we needed for a fun weekend getaway. A breakfast area table and a table big enough for our whole group to gather to recap the day or have meals. Another living area and a patio to relax. There were also two bedrooms on this level each with their own bathroom and another bathroom in the hall). As if that wasn’t enough the third level had yet another beautifully decorated bedroom with what felt like higher ceilings than the level before. This level had a private patio and a huge bathroom with the best shower and tub. Once it was time for us to hit the beach we loaded up the golf cart that came with the house and rode to the beach. Since the house is on the closest street to the beach it was a very short ride. We reserved chairs at the beach so no setup. Super convenient! We packed our drinks and snacks for the beach but we had no idea this was a resort community. At the beach there was a waitress that came by throughout the day to check on us to see if we’d like drinks or food from the neighborhood restaurant. There was also an air conditioned restroom trailer for men and women. Now for the neighborhood amenities. A short walk from the house in the neighborhood there was a Starbucks trailer! There were also a couple of restaurants we tried Reds and black marlin. Reds is great for casual dining and snacks with a patio. Black Marlin was a great upscale restaurant. We had dinner and brunch there. There were also two neighborhood pools. One had live music and a walk up bar. The other was quiet and had a bar as well but it was closed on Sunday when we stopped by. After this trip to Port A it’s hard to imagine staying anywhere else.
